Residential structural review provides a letter that will detail the forensic evaluation of the home and will include repairs that can be detailed using letter only.  These repairs will typically be code compliant repairs and simple installations.

Gaines Engineering may have to quote additional designs that will be detailed using CAD software. 

​

Designs that typically do not fall under structural review letter:

​

• Retaining Walls

• Beam Installations

• Foundation drawings
